Our primary goals is Enhancing food production, wealth creation, and employment in agriculture for minority and socially disadvantage farmers.

Strongly Aligned with USDA Programs & Federal Initiatives

We support minority and socially disadvantaged farmers by helping them understand and access USDA programs and federal agricultural initiatives. Our work aligns with national priorities to expand equity, strengthen farm viability, and promote sustainable agricultural futures.

Minority Pipeline Initiative

We align our work with national agricultural priorities as we advance the Minority Pipeline Initiative. Our goal is to support minority and socially disadvantaged farmers by expanding access to training, mentorship, resources, and agricultural opportunities that strengthen long‑term success.

Conservation (EQIP & CSP)

We support farmers in navigating and accessing USDA conservation programs. Through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), we assist producers in adopting conservation practices that improve soil health, water quality, and long‑term productivity.

We also help farmers explore opportunities under the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP), empowering minority‑owned and socially disadvantage farmers operations to enhance their environmental stewardship and strengthen the sustainability of their working lands.

Financial & Resource Access

Navigating federal funding can be complex. We support farmers by helping them understand and access opportunities available through the 2501 Program (Outreach and Assistance for Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers).

Our team provides hands‑on guidance to help producers prepare for and pursue FSA loan programs, including financing for land acquisition, equipment, and operational needs. We work to ensure underserved farmers have the knowledge and support necessary to build financial stability and long‑term growth.

  • Economic Empowerment: Enhancing food production, wealth creation, and sustainable employment specifically for minority and socially disadvantage farmers.
